印楝素对甜菜夜蛾室内生物活性的研究

摘  要:
通过室内生物测定,研究了0.3%印楝素乳油对甜菜夜蛾的作用方式及效果。研究结果表明,0.3%印楝素乳油对甜菜夜蛾的作用方式有多种,包括拒食、胃毒、触杀、内吸以及抑制生长发育作用,其中以拒食作用最为显著。胃毒和触杀试验表明,24 h 后死亡率普遍较低,浓度稀释成750倍时胃毒效果为26.7%,触杀效果为6.7%。但随着时间的延长,杀虫效果越来越佳,96h 后的胃毒效果达96.7%,72h后的触杀效果达93.3%。拒食作用是在48 h 后表现明显,其机理主要是影响试虫的正常蜕皮,且随着浓度的升高拒食作用也增强。因此,0.3%印楝素乳油在用药后96h评价其药效最佳,是一种很值得开发利用的新一代生物农药。

摘  要:
Azadirachtin was a new generation bio-pesticide which was lemon compound of the extracts from azadirachtin indica’s seeds. The paper studied the effect of the 0.3% azadirachtin EC to Spodoptera exigua (Hübner). The results showed the effect was various, which included anti-feeding, contacting toxicity, stomach poisoning, systemic effect and disturbing the insects’ normol growing. The stomach poisoning and contacting toxicity experiment showed that the morality was low 24 hours after the treatment. The effect of stomach poisoning was 26.7%, the contacting toxicity effect was 6.7% when diluted to 750 times. But the effect increased 72 hours after the treatment. The anti-feedant effect appeared out 48 hours after the experiment. The effect mechanism was disturbing the moulting of insect. So the best effect-accessing time was 96 hours. It was valuable to exploit and apply the 0.3% azadirachtin EC.
