印楝素的萃取及其杀虫活性

摘  要:
采用常规溶剂萃取、微波辅助萃取和CO2超临界萃取技术从印楝种仁中萃取印楝素,以甜菜夜蛾为试虫对其室内杀虫活性进行了研究。结果表明萃取方法不同,印楝素的萃取率不同,其中以微波法萃取率为最高(0.52%);不同方法得到的印楝素的杀虫活性也不同,其中以超临界萃取物的活性最高,用药后7d的LC50为151.0μg/ml;印楝素严重影响试虫的生长发育,对幼虫的生长抑制率最高为89.6%。

摘  要:
Azadirachtin was extracted from neem seeds by conventional, microwave-assisted, and CO2 supercriticalfluid extraction methods, and its insecticidal activity evaluated on Spooptera exigua in the laboratory. Azadirachtinextraction rates differed among different extraction methods, with microwave-assisted extraction providing the highestextraction rate (0.52%). Azadirachtin extracted by different methods also had different insecticidal activity. Supercriticalfluid extraction yielded the most active extracts, with an LC50 of 151.0μg/ml 7 d after application. Azadirachtinsubstantially reduced insect growth and development, especially in larvae where it provided 89.6% inhibition.
