五种豆科牧草丛枝病病原电镜观察

摘  要：
热带豆科牧草恩迪沃尔笔花豆(Stylosanthes guianensis CV.Endeavour)、格雷厄姆笔花豆(Stylosanthes guianensis CV.Graham)、细茎笔花豆(Stylosanthes guiansis CV.Oxley)、粗糙笔花豆(Stylosanthes scabra)、木豆(Cajanus cajan)等在广东省海南岛发生了丛枝病害。病株的症状特点是:植株矮化、缩节丛枝、叶变小、黄化。电子显微镜观察发现,在病株叶柄韧皮部筛管细胞超薄切片中,存在大量的类菌原体(MLO).菌体形态多样,其中多为圆形、椭圆形,大小分别为150—732nm、95—450 nm、130—400nm、240—600nm、100—840nm.由于在病株中发现有MLO存在,而健株中则没有。可以初步认为上述五种豆科牧草丛枝病是由MLO所致。

摘  要：
In Hainan Island of Guangdong Province, a yellowing disease occurred in Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Endeavour, Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Graham, Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Oxley,Stylosanthes scabra and Cajanus cajan. The symptoms of diseased plants were characterized by stunting, rosette, yellowing and leaf reduction.Electron microscopic observations revealed that the abundant mycoplasma-like organisms (MLO) were in the seive tubes of the phloem tissue from the infected leaf vein. The size of pleomorplic MLO were around 150-732 nm (in Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Endeavour), 95-450 nm(S. guianensis cv. Graham), 130-400 nm (S. guianensh cv. Oxley) 240-600 nm (S. scabra) and 100-840 nm (Cajanus cajan). The nucleic acid strands and were observed in some MLO, and the apparently undergoing binary fission or budding were done in the others.Since these MLO were found in diseased plants but not in healthy controls, the causative agent of the witches' broom disease of the tropical leguminous forage grasses might be mycoplasma-like organisms in nature.
