四种豆科牧草花药及组织培养研究的总结

摘  要:
利用生物技术方法,对红豆草、苜蓿、百脉根和鹰嘴紫云英进行花药培养及茎尖、茎段的组织培养,诱导愈伤组织、分化成苗且移栽成功。同时对无根苗直接移栽土壤中刺激生根,得到了满意的结果。通过多个品种和30多种培养基的试验,筛选出最适的各类培养基。为利用生物技术进行牧草育种和快速繁殖提供了科学依据。

摘  要:
By the means of bio1ogical engineering,the anther,growing points and stem parts of Sainfoin, Alfalfa, Birdsfoot and Milkvetch Were cultured in media. The results showed that plantlets grew well after forming the callus from the differentparts of plants in the medium. Transplanted the plantlets into the bed,they rooted and survived in the soil,and the rootless plantlets grew healthily as well. The optimum media were selected from more than 30 different kinds of media. The test suggests that it has a big potential to use the biological engineering technology for forge grass breeding and high -speed reproducing.
