水稻土溶液中Se(Ⅵ)的价态转化条件研究

摘  要:
为了有效利用土壤硒 ,以紫潮泥和红黄泥为试验材料 ,在 pH分别为 7.5和 6 .5条件下研究了两种土壤在淹水还原培养和氧化培养过程中Se(Ⅵ )价态转化的条件 .结果表明 :随着土壤溶液Eh值的变化 ,Se(Ⅵ )逐渐向有机硒、Se(Ⅳ )转化 ;Se(Ⅵ )与Se(Ⅳ )相互转化体系的临界电位范围为 2 16 .6~ 74.1mV ,同时土壤溶液 pH值从 6 .5上升到 7.5 ,临界电位下降 5 0 .1mV ;Se(Ⅵ )与Se(Ⅳ )相互转化的氧化还原体系在土壤重要的氧化还原体系序位中处于NO3 N体系、锰体系之后 ,大致与铁体系平行 .

摘  要:
To use Se(Ⅵ) fully,Condition of valence state transformation of selenate was studied with yellow laterite and purple soil under reductive incubation and oxidative incubation.The results show that selenate is reduced to organic selenium, and selenite in the course of the redox potential decreases gradually.The critical redox potential of selenate and selenite transforming into each other varies from 216.6 mV to 74.1 mV.The critical redox potential decreases by 50.1 mV when pH value in soil solution increases by one unit.The reduction of selenate to selenite follows the reduction of NO3- and MnO2,and parallels approximately the reduction of Fe(Ⅲ).
