盐度对亚东鲑鱼苗生长及存活的影响

摘  要:
[目的]为了解盐度对亚东鲑鱼苗生长及存活的影响.[方法]将平均体质量(1.03±0.16) g的鱼苗进行盐度急性毒性试验,可知安全盐度剂量为1.0‰,在盐度分别为0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8和1.0‰的水体中饲养42 d,比较了不同盐度对鱼苗的生长及存活率的差异.[结果]亚东鲑鱼苗平均体质量增长率盐度0.2‰组最高,为(91.84±6.47)%,显著高于0‰组(对照组)、0.6‰组、0.8‰组和1.0‰组(P<0.05);平均体长增长率0.6‰组最高,为(39.24±1.32)%,显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);肝体指数除了0.8‰组之外,其它各组均差异不显著(P>0.05);肥满度0‰组最高,为(1.58±0.02)%,与0.2‰组、0.4‰组和0.6‰组差异均不显著(P>0.05);特定生长率0.2‰组最高,为(1.67±0.20)%,显著高于0‰组、0.6‰组、0.8‰组和1.0‰组(P<0.05);除了1.0‰组之外,0.6‰组摄食率最低,为(2.18±0.16)%,食物转化率最高,为(52.91±1.48)%.[结论]在安全盐度内,对亚东鲑鱼苗的平均存活率均能达到94%或以上,在盐度为0.6‰时,平均生长率较高,摄食率相对较低,而食物转化率最高,故亚东鲑鱼苗在此盐度更适宜生长.

摘  要:
【Objective】The experiment aimed to study the effects of salinity on the growth and survival of salmo trutta fry,【Method】 The acute toxicity test of salinity was(1.03 ± 0.16) g, and the salinity was 1.0 ‰,and the salinity was 0,0.2,0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 ‰ in the water for 42 days, compared with different salinity on the growth and survival rate of fry. 【Result】The results showed that the average body weight growth rate of Salmon trutta was the highest in the 0.2 ‰ group(91.84±6.47)%, which was significantly higher than that in the 0 ‰ group(control group), 0.6 ‰ group, 0.8 ‰ group and 1.0 ‰ group(P < 0.05). The average body length was 0. 6 ‰, which was(39.24±1.32)%, which was significantly higher than that of other groups(P <0.05). The hepatosomatic index in addition to 0.8 ‰ group,the other groups were no significant difference(P>0.05).0 ‰ group was the highest,condition factor was(1.58 + 0.02)%, and the difference between the 0.4 ‰ group and 0.6 ‰ group of 0.2 ‰ group, were not significant(P>0.05). The specific growth rate of 0.2 ‰ group(1.67+0.20)% was the highest,it was significantly higher than that of 0 ‰, 0.6 ‰ group,0.8 ‰ group and 1.0 ‰ group(P < 0.05). in addition to 1.0 ‰ group, 0.6 ‰ group feeding rate(2.18+0.16)% was the lowest, and the food conversion rate52.91 %+1.48 % was the highest. 【Conclusion】It can be seen that the average survival rate of Salmon trutta fry reached 94 % or more in safe salinity,When the salinity is 0.6 ‰,the average growth rate is relatively high,the feeding rate was relatively low,and the food conversion rate is the highest, so Salmon trutta fry in this salinity was more suitable for growth.
