At a water temperature of 10 ~ 12 ℃, the body mass(224.14±26.73)g of Salceinus pluvius and the body mass(152.12±7.46)g of Salmo trutta fario were raised in a FRP diameter drum with a diameter of 1 m and a water depth of 0.7 m. Feeding a basal feed supplemented with 0.5% compound Chinese herbal medicine(rhubarb, scutellaria, wing, scutellaria and paeonol), When feeding0 d, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d and 28 d, the ventral side of the fish stalk was sampled with a heparin-treated container to measure total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), acid phosphatase(ACP)in the blood, alkaline phosphatase(AKP), lysozyme(LZM), intestinal amylase(AMS), lipase(LPS)and protease activity, and malondialdehyde(MDA)and nitric oxide(NO)levels, study the effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on blood antioxidant capacity, non-specific immunity and digestive enzyme activity of fish. The results showed that the blood T-AOC activity and SOD activity of Salmo trutta fario after eating containing compound Chinese herbal medicine for 14 days were significantly higher than 0 d(P < 0.05), and the difference between MDA content and CAT activity was not significant(P > 0.05). The AKP activity and ACP activity of Salmo trutta fario in 7 d and 14 d were significantly higher than those in other time periods(P < 0.05). At 14 d, NO concentration and LZM activity were significantly different from 0 d(P < 0.05); There was no significant difference in intestinal protease activity(P > 0.05). Amylase activity and lipase activity were significantly higher than other time periods at 14 d(P < 0.05). Amylase activity and lipase activity were significantly higher than other time periods at 14 d(P < 0.05). The T-AOC activity of Salvelinus pluvius after eating containing compound Chinese herbal medicine for 14 d was significantly higher than that of other time periods(P < 0.05). The difference of MDA content and SOD activity was not significant(P > 0.05). At 21 d, CAT activity was significantly higher than other periods(P < 0.05). AKP activity was not significantly different(P > 0.05), the difference of AKP activity was not significant(P > 0.05). At 7 d and 14 d, ACP activity and NO concentration were significantly higher than other periods(P < 0.05). At 21 d, LZM content was significantly higher than other periods(P < 0.05). At 14 d, amylase activity was significantly higher than other periods(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in intestinal protease activity and lipase activity(P > 0.05). In summary, feeding the feed containing compound Chinese herbal medicine has a promoting effect on the antioxidant, non-specific and digestive enzymes of the blood of Salvelinus pluvius and Salmo trutta fario. The effect is best when fed for 14 days.
