ICP-AES法测定玉米中的微量元素含量

摘  要:
采用高压硝化罐处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)法测定了我国十个省区的玉米中Zn、Mg、Mn、Sr、Fe、Pb、Cu、Se八种微量元素的含量。此方法测定元素的相对标准偏差小于5.00%。方法简单、快速、准确度高,且多元素同时测定,环境污染小。

摘  要:
The contents of trace elements Zn, Mg, Mn, Sr, Fe, Pb, Cu and Se in the corn collected from 10 provinces were studied by ICP-AES with high pressure nitrifying pot. This method is easy operational, rapid, highly sensitive, and accurate, and can determind many elements simultaneously. Its relative standard deviation is below 5%.
