微波消解-ICP-AES法测定铁皮石斛中多种金属元素

摘  要:
建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱分析方法测定中草药铁皮石斛(Dendrobium offic-inale)中金属元素的含量。结果表明,铁皮石斛样品中含Ca、Mg、Na、K常量金属元素和Fe、Cu、Zn、Ni、Mn、Cr、Se等微量金属元素而不含Hg、Pb、Cd等对人体有害的元素。各元素加标回收率在97.7%~103.1%,RSD<5%。该法灵敏度高,准确可靠,可用于铁皮石斛中的多元素分析。

摘  要:
The metals in Dendrobium officinale were analyzed by microwave digestion with ICP-AES.The results showed that the presence of rich elements(including Ca,Mg,Na,K) and trace elements(including Fe,Cu,Zn,Ni,Mn,Cr,Se) in D.officinale was observed.Meanwhile,no toxic element(including Hg,Pb or Cd) was detected.Their recoveries ranged from 97.7% to 103.1%,RSD<5%.This method was convenient and accurate,which could be used to determine multiple elements in D.officinale.
