可重构小型农业作业机变速箱体实验模态分析

摘  要:
变速箱体是可重构农业作业机的通用零件,对作业机动态特性影响显著。为研究箱体的振动特性,使用LMS振动测试系统,用模态实验的方法,识别了箱体前5阶固有频率、阻尼和模态振型等参数。模态分析表明,筋板与箱体连接处以及行走轮空腔附近区域相对振幅较大,箱体第5阶固有频率2 998.76Hz,接近发动机激励频率30Hz的整数倍,可造成工作过程中的较大振动。实验结果为箱体动态特性修改提供了可靠依据。

摘  要:
Gearbox case is the general component of reconfigurable small agriculture machinery.To analyze the dynamic characteristics of the gearbox case,the experimental study was carried out with LMS vibration test system in this paper.The fundamental modal parameters including the first 5 orders natural frequencies,damping and mode shapes were estimated and identified.The modal analysis shows that conjunction areas around the stiffeners as the same the cavity of rotating wheels shaft are the vulnerable areas of the case.The fifth inherent frequency 2998.76Hz is the integer multiple frequency offset of the exciting frequency 30Hz which may cause the acute vibration during working.The experimental results can be used as reliable reference for improving the dynamic behavior of gearbox case.
