三维电极法处理淀粉废水的研究

摘  要:
[目的]优化三维电极法处理淀粉废水的工艺条件。[方法]以活性炭作填料,研究了反应时间、输入电压、极板间距及添加剂用量对废水处理效果的影响。[结果]各单因素试验结果表明:废水COD去除率随着输入电压的升高而升高,当电压升高至一定程度时,去除效果基本趋于稳定水平;随着极板间距的增大,去除效果降低;NaCl用量对废水处理效果影响不大,但会增加能耗。控制反应电压为20 V,极板间距为5 cm,反应时间为70 min时,淀粉废水COD和色度去除率分别稳定在94%和96%左右,此时能耗为1.47 kWh/kg。[结论]采用三维电极法处理淀粉废水方法可行,废水COD和色度的去除率均较高。

摘  要:
[Objective] To optimize the technological conditions of the treatment of starch waste water by three-dimensional electrode technology.[Method] Taking active carbon as filling,influence of the reaction time,input voltage,electrode plate interval and additives on the treatment performance of starch waste water by three-dimensional electrode method.[Result] Single factor experiments results showed that elevates COD increased with the increasing of input voltage,when input voltage reached to a certain extent,the elimination effects were no longer changes.The elimination effects were reduced with the increasing of electrode plate interval.The influence of NaCl amounts on the elimination effects was not obvious,but increased the energy consumption.When the input voltage was 20 V,electrode plate interval was 5 cm,reaction time was 70 min,COD elimination rate and discoloring rate stabilized at about 94% and 96% respectively,the energy consumption is 1.47 kWh/kg.[Conclusion] It is feasible to apply the three-dimensional electrode method to treat the starch waste water.Under suitable reaction condition,the removal rate of COD and color are both high.
