喹啉铜在马铃薯中的残留及消解动态

摘  要:
[目的]研究杀菌剂喹啉铜在马铃薯上的残留规律。[方法]建立了马铃薯中喹啉铜残留量测定的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法;在河北、湖南2地开展喹啉铜在马铃薯上的田间残留试验。[结果]方法最低检出质量分数为0.10 mg/kg,在0.10~5.0 mg/kg残留水平内,添加回收率为75.8%~102.8%,变异系数为2.1%~6.7%。2地残留消解和最终残留量试验结果显示,喹啉铜在马铃薯植株上的半衰期分别为8.89、11.1 d;按推荐剂量108 g a.i./hm~2和加倍剂量162 g a.i./hm~2施药3~4次,距最后1次施药后7、14、21 d,喹啉铜在马铃薯中的残留量均小于0.10 mg/kg。[结论]喹啉铜按推荐剂量108 g a.i./hm~2施药3次,施药后7 d,马铃薯中喹啉铜残留量小于0.10 mg/kg,食用安全。

摘  要:
[Aims] To study the dynamics of degradation of oxine-copper residues in potatoes. [Methods] The method with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established to determine oxine-copper residues in potatoes.Field trials of oxine-copper residues in potatoes were conducted in Hebei and Hunan provinces. [Results] The limit of quantitation was 0.10 mg/kg. The recoveries were 75.8-102.8% and coefficients of variation were 2.1-6.7% between the concentration of 0.10-5.0 mg/kg. The results indicated that the half lives of oxine-copper in potatoes(stem leaf) were 11.1 and 8.89 d in Hebei and Hunan. According to the research, when oxine-copper being applied three and four times to potatoes fields with the dosages of active ingredient of 108 and 162 g a.i./ha, the residues of oxine-copper in potatoes at 7, 14 and 21 d after the last application were all less than 0.10 mg/kg. [Conclusions] When oxine-copper being applied three times to potatoes fields with the recommended dose of active ingredient of 108 g a.i./ha, the residues of oxine-copper in potatoes at 7 d after application were less than 0.10 mg/kg, which will be edible safely.
