贵州香猪ACTB基因的克隆与序列分析

摘  要:
以贵州香猪肌动蛋白基因的RNA序列为模板,运用PCR技术扩增香猪ACTB基因的CDS区,将其插入PMD19-T克隆载体中,导入工程菌E.coliDH5α感受态细胞中,并进行相关的分析。结果表明,PCR产物长度为1596bp,编码一个由376个氨基酸组成的多肽,与GeneBank上发表的序列大小相符。

摘  要:
Guizhou pig muscle actin gene sequences of RNA as template,used PCR technique successfully amplified pig ACTB gene CDS area.Followed by insert PMD19-T cloning vector into engineering strain E.coli DH5α competent cell,the success of its clone and associated analysis.The results showed that PCR production was 1 596 bp,composed 376 amino acids of polypeptide,same as the sequence of published GeneBank.
