贵州香猪蛋白质沉积与代谢规律研究

摘  要:
笔者等选用(7.53±0.56)kg从江香猪34头,采用扣除蛋白质等消化能(DEpf)日粮设计和比较屠宰试验研究了贵州香猪蛋白质沉积代谢规律。结果表明,在相同DEpf进食水平下,贵州香猪DCP转化为维持与增重的综合效率为69.51%;维持的DCP需要为1.91W0.75;每1kg增重生长的DCP需要,7~16 kg体重段为256 g、16~25 kg体重段为231 g。以此建立贵州香猪的DCP需要模型为:DCP(g/d)=2 235.006 4W0.75-938.698 2W+0.306 5We+5 911.908 4△W-18 419.642 0△W2+3 250 154.555 7△W2.673 3e-3 815.185 0(R2=0.992 5,P<0.01)。

摘  要:
Using the protein-free equalized digested energy(DEpf) design and comparative slaughter trails,an experiment on protein deposition and metabolic regularity of Guizhou Xiang-pig breed was carried out in 34 Congjing Xiang-pigs(7.53±0.56kg) in the current work.The findings indicated that comprehensive conversion efficiency of DCP to weightgaining and maintenance was 69.51%,and DCP for maintenance requirement was 1.91W0.75.The DCP requirements per 1kg weightgaining for 7~16kg or 16~25kg body weight grade pigs were 256g or 231g,respectively g.The DCP requirement model was set up as: DCP(g/d)=2235.0064W0.75-938.6982W+0.3065We+5911.9084△W-18419.6420△W2+3250154.5557△W2.6733e-3815.1850(R2=0.9925,P<0.01).
