关于“后农业税时代”农村问题的思考

摘  要：
2006年全国将全部取消农业税,这标志着我国农村已进入了“后农业税时代”。当前必须缓解乡镇财政压力;加大义务教育的投入;理顺县乡财政体制关系以及加快农村生产力的发展,才能巩固农村税费改革的成果,促进农村经济社会全面进步,推进构建社会主义和谐社会。分析了我国农村在“后农业税时代”存在的问题,提出了相应对策。

摘  要：
The whole country will cancel all the Agricultural Taxation next year,which indicates the countryside of our country has entered the Post Agricultural Taxation Period.In order to consolidate the achievement of rural reform of taxation,and promote the all-side progress of the rural economy and the society,and build the socialist harmonious society,we must alleviate the financial pressure of the towns,strengthen the input of compulsory education,make the relation of financial system in the county township in order and quicken the development of countryside productivity.
