稀土元素镧对潍县萝卜陈种子活力的影响

摘  要：
为了揭示氯化镧对潍县萝卜陈种子活力的影响,以潍县萝卜陈种子为试材,对其进行不同时间、不同浓度氯化镧浸种处理,测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数。结果表明:0～10mg/L氯化镧溶液浸种12h和24h,潍县萝卜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数均比CK显著提高,而活力指数仅有浸种12h得以显著提高。0～10mg/L氯化镧浸种36h和48h,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数都比CK有不同程度的降低,活力指数则略有升高,但都未达到显著水平。因此,在生产中可以用2.5mg/L氯化镧溶液对潍县萝卜陈种子浸种12h,即起到经济、有效提高种子活力的目的。

摘  要：
To reveal the influence of Lanthanum on the seed vigor of Weixian radish,the effects of Lanthanum in different concentration and different treating time on vigor of Weixian radish ' s old seeds were researched,and germination energy,germination rate,germination index,and vigor index was tested.The results showed that germination energy,germination rate,and germination index was increased significantly by soaking seeds in 0-10 mg/L LaCl 3 for 12 h or 24 h.However,vigor index was increased significantly only by soaking seeds for 12 h.When soaking seeds in 0-10 mg/L LaCl 3 for 36 h or 48 h,germination energy,germination rate,and germination index was decreased and vigor index was increased a little.However,the difference between the control and the treated was not significant.The Weixian radish old seeds were soaked in 2.5 mg/L LaCl 3 for 12 h was optimal for improving seed vigor in practice.
