鸡甘露聚糖结合凝集素的分离纯化及初步鉴定

摘  要:
本研究采用CNBr活化的Sepharose4B亲和柱进行亲和层析,从鸡血清中分离纯化甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL),并采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法测定其分子质量和构型。电泳图谱显示,在分子质量为33ku~34ku处出现两条带,表明鸡MBL具有多聚体形式。研究结果为进一步深入研究禽类MBL分子的特性奠定了基础。

摘  要:
MBL was isolated from chicken serum by affinity chromatography on Sepharose 4B column.It also can resist effectually infection of microorganism,then molecular weight and conformation were determined by SDS-PAGE.The results indicated that the chicken MBL had two bands of 33 ku and 34 ku,respectively.The results proved chicken MBL had polymerids.The study will provide basic data for the research of avian MBL molecular characteristics.
