摘  要:
核糖核酸酶是一类广泛存在于动植物体内的核酸水解酶。其作为一种模型蛋白被普遍用于分子生物学研究 ,主要生理功能是控制细胞内RNA的种类与数量分布 ,除参与核糖核酸转录后的剪切、修饰和降解等过程外 ,还与某些植物的自交不亲和性、器官发生、宿主的防御机制、控制肿瘤血管生成、杀灭肿瘤细胞及抑制病毒 (包括HIV 1)的复制等有关。介绍了有关核糖核酸酶的结构特点、功能研究、结构改造、作用机理及抑制剂的研究进展。

摘  要:
Ribonuclease(RNase) can be found extensively in animals and plants.It belongs to nucleic acid hydrolase.As one of the most widely studied model enzyme,RNase is researched generally in molecular biology.Scientists found that RNases demonstrated a series of important biological functions,such as controlling the sorts and quantities of RNA in cell,participating in cutting and modifying and decomposing ribonucleic acid after being transcription,involving in gametophytic self-incompatibility of plants,controlling blood vessel formation,killing tumor cells and inhibting virus,as the research on riboclease has become a hot spot.In the article,we reviewed the research progress of ribonuclease on structure function,structure recomstruction,reaction mechanism and inhbitors.
