解磷生物有机肥堆肥条件的优化

摘  要:
为探讨复合微生物堆肥解无机磷的最优条件,将复合解磷菌株接种于磷尾矿和酱香型白酒酒糟混合物中,采用单因素试验和响应面设计试验,验证堆肥发酵过程中各因素对有效磷含量的影响.结果表明,单因素试验中,有效磷含量分别在磷尾矿用量为10%、接种量为15%、菌种配比(PSF7:PSB3)(体积比)为2:1时达到最高.响应面设计试验中,磷尾矿用量、菌液接种量、菌种配比(PSF7:PSB3)(体积比)及其所有交互项和二次项,除菌液接种量和菌种配比(PSF7:PSB3)交互项外,都达到极显著水平(P<0.0001).各因素对有效磷含量的影响大小依次排序为磷尾矿用量>菌液接种量>菌种配比(PSF7:PSB3).最优解磷条件:磷尾矿用量6.89%、菌液接种量18.04%、菌种配比(PSF7:PSB3)2.3:1.在此条件下作验证试验,堆肥体系发酵至第3天时,含接种菌液的试验组中有效磷含量达到最高,为3108.05 mg/kg,是空白的1.78倍,说明该最优解磷条件参数准确可靠,同时也说明在固态发酵过程中添加解磷菌株能有效地提高有效磷含量.

摘  要:
Compound phosphate-dissolving microorganisms were inoculated into the mixture of phosphate tailings and flavor liquor distiller's grains,adapted single factor test and response surface design to verify the impact of various influencing factors on available phosphorus content in the process of compost fermentation,which aimed to explore the optimal conditions compound microorganisms in the compost process of decomposing inorganic phosphorus.The results showed that,in the single factor test,the content of available phosphorus reached the maximum when phosphorus tailings amount was 10%,inoculation amount of bacterial liquid was 15%,and the ratio of strain(PSF7∶PSB3)(volume ratio) was 2∶1.In response surface design,phosphorus tailings amount,inoculation amount of bacterial liquid and the ratio of strain(PSF7∶PSB3),interaction term and quadratic term of all the variable factors were reached extremely significant level(P<0.000 1),except for interaction terms of inoculation amount and the ratio of strain(PSF7∶PSB3).The order of effects on available phosphorus content was phosphorus tailings amount>inoculation amount of bacterial liquid>ratio of strain(PSF7∶PSB3).The optimum phosphate-solubilizing condition were as follows: Phosphorus tailings amount was 6.89%,inoculation amount of bacterial liquid was 18.04%,and the ratio of strain(PSF7∶PSB3) was 2.3∶1.Verification test was based on such condition,when the fermentation composting system was up to the third day, the content of available phosphorus of treatment group which was inoculated bacterial liquid reached the maximum of 3 108.05 mg/kg,which was 1.78 times of that of blank.Such results showed that,the optimal conditions of phosphate-solubilizing parameters were accurate and reliable,which also demonstrated the phosphate-solubilizing strains was added in the solid state fermentation process would effectively improve the available phosphorus content.
