二甲醚与柴油混合燃料发动机燃烧性能试验

摘  要:
在一台四缸柴油机上进行了二甲醚(DME)与柴油混合燃烧试验。在燃料供给系统中附加二甲醚燃料预混合供给系统,二甲醚通过混合器与空气预混合后随空气进入气缸,柴油由原燃油系统供给。研究结果表明:柴油与二甲醚混合燃烧时,随着二甲醚量的增加,燃烧始点提前,二甲醚早燃现象明显,导致发动机工作粗暴,燃烧性能恶化;在二甲醚中加入30%以上的着火抑制剂(LPG),可以有效推迟着火时间,控制燃烧始点。

摘  要:
An experimental study on blended combustion for dimethyl ether(DME) with diesel was carried out for a 4-cylinder diesel engine.DME was premixed with air through a mixer and then was entered the cylinder.Diesel was supplied by original fuel system.The experimental results show that the auto-ignition is advanced with more DME and the pre-ignition is obvious,which leads to the engine operation roughness and combustion deterioration.When the ignition inhibitor(LPG) added into DME is exceeded 30%,it can retard the auto-ignition and control the start of combustion effectively.
