基于灰色系统预测模型与定额法预测模型的辽宁省中长期需水预测研究

摘  要:
为实现辽宁省水资源优化配置,促进经济社会可持续发展,采用灰色系统预测模型和定额法对辽宁省2020年和2030年中长期需水进行预测。预测结果表明:定额法更适合于短期需水预测,而灰色系统预测模型能较好地反映中长期需水趋势,可以为辽宁全省水资源优化配置提供参考,为政府制定相关政策提供支撑。

摘  要:
In order to achieve optimal allocation of water resources in Liaoning province so as to promote sustainable development of economy and sociaty,the grey system prediction model and the quota prediction method were used to predict the long-term water demand of Liaoning province.Predicted results showed that the quota prediction method was more suitable for short-term water demand predicting,and the grey system prediction model can well reflect the tendency of long-term water demand.On the basis,using two methods respectively to predict 2020,2030 water demand can provide reference for optimal allocation of water resources in Liaoning province and provide support for the government to formulate relevant policies.
