葡萄糖对王草青贮品质的影响

摘  要:
【目的】确定王草青贮时葡萄糖的最佳添加比例,为改善王草青贮品质提供技术参考。【方法】在王草青贮过程中分别添加5、10、15、20和25g/kg的葡萄糖,然后评价添加不同比例葡萄糖对王草青贮发酵品质及营养成分含量的影响。【结果】王草青贮前后,其干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量变化不明显,色泽、气味、质地、pH值等指标综合评定均属良好以上等级。与对照组相比,添加葡萄糖虽然在降低青贮饲料pH值方面的效果不明显,但能显著提高青贮饲料的乳酸含量,且乳酸占总酸的比例均在69%以上;其Flieg氏评分均为优等(80分以上)。【结论】在王草中添加葡萄糖可显著提高其青贮发酵品质,主要营养成分含量变化不明显,且以添加20g/kg葡萄糖的王草青贮效果最佳。

摘  要:
Objective This study determined the best additive proportion of imperatoria glucose in order to provide technical reference for imperatoria silage quality improvement.Method In the process of imperatoria silage,5,10,15,20,and 25 g/kg of glucose were added to the imperatoria,then the fermentation quality and nutrient contents of the mixtures were evaluated and analyzed.Result The DM,CP,NDF,and ADF contents before and after imperatoria silage did not change significantly.The average color,smell,texture,and pH value indexes were evaluated as excellent grades.Compared to the tested results of the control group,although adding glucose did not show obviously notable effects in reducing the silage pH value,but this procedure could significantly enhance silage lactic acid content,which was at the total acid ratio of 69% and above.The Flieg's score was evaluated to an excellent grading(above 80 points).Conclusion Adding glucose to imperatoria could significantly improve the silage fermentation quality.The main nutrient content,however,did not change significantly.The imperatoria silage with 20 g/kg added glucose produced the best effects.
