绿孔雀的人工孵化和育雏

摘  要:
采用机器孵化法孵化绿孔雀,并进行人工育雏。孵化温度为37.0~37.8℃,孵化湿度为50%~60%,第1~3天育雏温度为33℃,第4~6天为31~32℃,之后每周降低2℃直至室温。试验显示,每对绿孔雀1个繁殖期共产卵36枚,受精率为37.5%,受精卵孵化率为58%,雏雀成活率为85.9%。研究结果表明,温度是绿孔雀孵化和育雏成功的首要因素;湿度对孵化和育雏也极其重要;地理位置可能会影响绿孔雀发情时间;产蛋后期卵均不受精,可能是雄鸟个体的原因,也可能是物种的生理特性。因此,采用机器孵化和人工育雏以增加绿孔雀数量是可行的。

摘  要:
The experiment hatched Green Peafowl using incubator and hand-rearing. Incubation temperature was from 37 ℃ to 37.8 ℃, and incubation humidity was from 50% to 60%. Hand-rearing temperature was 33 ℃ for 1 to 3days and 31 ℃ to 32 ℃ for 4 to 6 days. Temperature was reduced 2 ℃ per week, until room temperature. The test showed that a couple of the Green Peafowl can lay 36 eggs per year, fertilization rate was 37.5%, hatch rate of the fertilized egg was 58%, and the survival rate of young birds was 85.9%. The result showed that temperature was the most important factor in the success of the incubation and the brooding of green peafowl; humidity was also very important for artifical incubation and hand-rearing, geographical location may affect estrus time of the green peafowl. The eggs was not fertilized,one reason may be about the male individual, and the other reason may be about the physiological characteristics of species. Therefore, using artificial incubation and hand-rearing was a method to increase the number of Green Peafowl.
