绿孔雀血液生化指标的测定

摘  要：
为了解绿孔雀(Pavo muticus)血液生化指标正常值及特点,为其人工饲养繁殖与健康检测提供参考资料,试验以饲养的成年绿孔雀为研究对象,利用全自动生物化学分析仪对绿孔雀血液的血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、葡萄糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素、尿酸、肌酐、钾、钠、钙、氯、磷、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶等21项生化指标进行了测定,并按性别分组统计进行差异显著性检验。结果表明,绿孔雀的血浆钾、磷、尿酸和谷草转氨酶等4项指标在性别之间有显著差异(P<0.05),所测其他生化指标在性别之间有差异,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

摘  要：
The 21 blood biochemical indices of adult Pavo muticus were determined by automatic blood biochemical analyzer in order to obtain their normal value and characteristic thus provide some reference for artificial breeding and health monitoring.And the differences between male and female green peafowl were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in plasma potassium,phosphorus,uric acid and aspartate aminotransferase between male and female green peafowl(P<0.05);but no significant difference between the sexes was detected in other indices(P>0.05).
