赤斑白条天牛幼虫龄期划分指标的筛选

摘  要:
为了明确赤斑白条天牛幼虫的龄期和最佳分龄指标,为预测预报及防控提供理论依据,对幼虫的头壳宽、体长、体宽等3个外部形态指标进行测量,运用频次分布、Dyar定律、Crosby指数、Brook指数和回归分析对测量的数据进行统计分析。结果表明,赤斑白条天牛幼虫可分为6龄,头壳宽是判定龄期数的最佳形态指标,1~6龄头壳宽度平均值分别为2.08、3.27、4.74、6.51、7.73、9.25 mm;此外,体长和体宽均可作为判定龄期数的辅助指标。在确定幼虫龄期的基础上,对各龄期幼虫排出的木屑长度和宽度进行测量,回归分析表明,幼虫所排木屑长度和宽度也可作为估计幼虫龄期的重要指标,该指标有直观、易观察等优点,适合在监测与防治中推广应用。

摘  要:
This study aims to determine the instar of Batocera rufomaculata Degeer larvae and optimum instar estimating indexes and provide a theoretical basis for prediction, forecast, and control of B. rufomaculata. The head capsule width,body length, and body width of B. rufomaculata larvae were measured and statistically analyzed by Frequency distribution,Dyar′s law, Crosby index, Brook index, and Regression analysis. The larvae of B. rufomaculata could be divided into 6 instars, and the head capsule width was the optimum morphological index, which was 2.08, 3.27, 4.74, 6.51, 7.73, and 9.25 mm at the instar of 1 to 6. The body length and body width could be used as auxiliary indexes for larval instars determination. Based on larval instar determination, the length and width of sawdust produced by larvae at each instar were measured. The result of the regression analysis indicated that they could also be used as important indexes for larval instars determination. As the length and width of sawdust are more direct and easy to observe, it is easier to be applied in practical pest monitoring and control.
