辣木赤斑白条天牛卵空间分布型及抽样技术研究

摘  要:
赤斑白条天牛(Batocera rufomaculata De Geer)是一种为害辣木(Moringa spp. Lam)的蛀干害虫。2018年5—7月对云南省西双版纳州景洪市4个辣木试验样地里赤斑白条天牛卵进行抽样调查,采用单因素方差分析、5种聚集度指标检测和2个回归模型分析进行数据分析。结果表明,该虫卵在辣木单株上的垂直分布具显著性差异;其空间分布为聚集分布,主要集中聚集分布在高度为100~150 cm树段,聚集可能是环境因素引起,也可能是其本身的聚集特性引起。建立了赤斑白条天牛卵理论抽样数公式:n=1.96~2/D~2×(2.392 9/m+0.125 8)和序贯抽样决策限模式T_0′,T_(0(n))″=4n±6.6710 n~(1/2)。

摘  要:
Batocera rufomaculata De Gee is a destructive pest by drilling the trunks of Moringa spp. Lam. By sampling eggs of B. rufomaculata on Moringa spp. in 4 experimental samples of Jinghong, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan province in China in May to July 2018, the vertical and spatial distributions were analyzed using One-way ANOVA, 5 aggregation indices and 2 regressive model analysis. The results indicated that the eggs were significantly different in their vertical distribution on a single plant of M. oleifera, which aggregated distributed in 100-150 cm height section. The aggregation mean λ indicated that causes for aggregated distribution was the environment or its own agglomeration behavior. Based on these analyses, theoretical sampling formula for eggs was established as followed: n=1.96~2/D~(2*)(2.392 9/m +0. 125 8), and sequential sampling formula as T_0′, T_(0(n))″=4n±6.671 0 n~(1/2).
