江苏部分地区猪源沙门菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘  要:
沙门菌是重要的食源性病原菌。为了解江苏地区猪源沙门菌的带菌情况,本研究对猪场采集的200份肛门拭子和屠宰场不同地点采集的186份样品进行了沙门菌的鉴别培养,共分离到91株沙门菌;血清凝集试验和PCR鉴定出19株鼠伤寒沙门菌。采用纸片琼脂扩散(K-B)法和耐药基因的PCR检测,对46株沙门菌分离株进行了耐药分析。药敏试验发现每株菌至少对一种抗生素耐药,其中对四环素耐药率最高,为82.6%,对氯霉素、氨苄西林和复方新诺明也有较高的耐药率,分别为78.26%、78.26%、69.56%;未有菌株对多黏菌素B和丁胺卡那耐药。同时,对β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类等几类抗生素耐药基因进行了扩增,46株菌至少有一种耐药基因,其中耐药基因par C(46/46)、sulⅡ(36/46)、tet A(32/46)、flo R(32/46)检出普遍,tet C、cat A1未检出,2株沙门菌检出黏菌素耐药基因mcr-1。研究结果为江苏地区沙门菌病的防控提供了依据。

摘  要:
Salmonella is an important foodborne bacterial pathogen. This study was to study the distribution of Salmonella isolated from pigs in the Jiangsu area. 200 anal swabs and 186 slaughterhouse samples in different locations were collected,and 91 Salmonella isolates were identified. The serum agglutinations test and PCR test revealed that 19 of the isolates belong to Salmonella typhimurium. The agar diffusion assay( K-B) and PCR test of the multidrug resistance genes were used to analyze 46 isolates of Salmonella for their drug resistance. Antimicrobial sensitivity testing revealed that 46 isolates were resistant to at least one antibiotic. The highest rate of resistance was to tetracycline,which was 82. 6%. In addition,the resistance rates of chloramphenicol,ampicillin and compound sulfamethoxazole were also high at78. 26%,78. 26% and 69. 56% respectively,but no strains were resistant to polymyxin B and amikacin. At the same time,the antibiotic resistance genes test showed that 46 strains had at least one of the resistance genes. Resistance genes par C( 46/46),Sul Ⅱ( 36/46),tet A( 32/46),and flo R( 32/46) were generally detected; but tet C and cat A1 were not found. Two isolates of Salmonella were detected for the colistin resistance gene mcr-1. The results here provided reference for prevention and control of Salmonellosis in Jiangsu.
