水解酸化-UASB-A/O工艺处理规模化养猪场污水工程设计

摘  要:
利用水解酸化-UASB-A/O工艺对一规模化养猪场污水进行了处理工程设计,对于主要污染物浓度范围分别为CODCR=10 000~12 000 mg.L-1,BOD5=4 000~4 500 mg.L-1,SS=300~500 mg.L-1,pH=9~11,NH3-N=3 000~4 000 mg.L-1的养猪场污水,拟出水水质为:CODCR≤400 mg.L-1,BOD5≤150 mg.L-1,SS≤80 mg.L-1,pH=6~9,NH3-N≤600 mg.L-1,满足GB18596-2001的要求。本文从水质水量、工艺、各构筑物规格以及投资和运行成本等方面对此设计进行了阐述。

摘  要:
The treatment of hydrolysis-UASB-A/O for the sewage from a large scale swine factory was designed in this paper.After the treatment,the sewage which characterized as CODCR=10 000~12 000 mg.L-1,BOD5=4 000~4 500 mg.L-1,SS= 300~500 mg.L-1,pH=9~11 and CNH3-N=3 000~4 000 mg.L-1 was met with the primary standard of GB18596-2001.The quantity of the wastewater,schematic diagram,specificiation of components and operation cost were also described.
