马铃薯试管苗茎段长度对试管薯诱导的影响

摘  要:
采用1叶/段、2叶/段、3叶/段三种扩繁方法,在每盒30个叶的情况下,研究了不同长度茎段对诱导试管薯个数及大小的影响。结果表明,三个品种均以1叶/段的平均结薯数最多,3叶/段的平均薯重及大薯率最大。

摘  要:
Three kinds of stem segment length,with 1 leaf,2 leaves and 3 leaves every segment were tested to study their effects on number and size of induced microtubers under the condition of 30 leaves every box. Three potato varieties were used in this experiment. The results showed that all the three varieties could obtain the most average microtubers using the segments with 1 leaf,but the largest average potato weight and big potato rate using the segments with 3 leaves.
