不同外源激素对马铃薯试管薯形成的影响

摘  要:
以韩国引进的马铃薯品种R.chip、Golden和Taedovg脱毒试管苗为材料,研究了在暗培养条件下,不同的外源激素(6-BA、IBA)组合对试管薯形成和发育的影响。结果表明:加入一定浓度的外源激素,利于促进试管薯的形成和产量的提高。R.chip、Golden和Taedovg所用的最佳外源激素组合分别为 6 -BA3. 0mg/L+IBA0. 05mg/L、6-BA5. 0mg/L+IBA0mg/L和 6-BA1. 0mg/L+IBA0mg/L。

摘  要:
Virus-free plantlets of R.chip, Golden and Taedovg from South Korea were used in this experiment. The effects of exogenous hormone (6-BA and IBA) on the formation of microtubers were studied in vitro. The results indicated that the exogenous hormone could improve the yield of potato microtubers. The optimal exogenous hormone combination was 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + IBA 0.05 mg/L , 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + IBA 0 mg/L and 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ IBA 0 mg·L~(-1) respectively when R.chip ,Golden and Taedovg were tuberized.
