毛豹皮樟感染白粉病菌后生理生化的变化

摘  要:
测定了毛豹皮樟(老鹰茶)不同品种受白粉病菌侵染后在各感病时期多个生理生化指标的变化及与抗病性的关系。结果表明:毛豹皮樟受白粉病菌侵染后,植株体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、比活性及可溶性糖含量的变化与白粉病抗性呈正相关;苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的变化则与抗病性呈负相关;可溶性蛋白含量在感病期间病叶均低于健康叶,而且均在感病末期时降幅达最大,但各品种间变化差异不大。

摘  要:
The activities of phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO),catalase(CAT),soluble sugar and soluble protein content in the leaves of two Litsea coreana var.lanuginose cultivars,with one resistant and another susceptible to powdery mildew,were detected after inoculation.The results showed that the amount of soluble sugar and the changes of CAT,POD,PPO activities in the inoculated ear of different Litsea coreana var.lanuginose varieties were positively correlated with their various resistances to powdery mildew.The changes of PAL activity in the two cultivars,however,were negatively correlated with their resistances to powdery mildew.Compared to the control(non-inoculated leaves),the soluble protein extracted from the inoculated leaves were significantly less,and had a dramatic decline at the later stage.However,no differences of soluble protein contents were found between the two cultivars.
