4个毛豹皮樟品种苗木抗寒性综合评价

摘  要:
通过对4个毛豹皮樟品种苗木进行人工低温胁迫试验,测定叶片的电导率(EC)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖(SS)、脯氨酸(Por)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等6个指标,以SPSS软件作为工具,运用主成分分析法对毛豹皮樟4个品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:抗寒性最强的是12号,其余依次为6号、8号,抗寒性最弱的是38号,这和毛豹皮樟的实际表现相符;同时,回归方程(Y=-292.847+1.009X2)经检验精度都在98%以上,可以用于毛豹皮樟抗寒性评价。

摘  要:
Based on the artificial low-temperature stress,principle components of four varieties seedlings,total 6 indexes i.e.Catalase(CAT),electrical conductivity(EC),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar(SS),proline(Por) and peroxides(POD),were analyzed by SPSS12.0.The results showed that the cold resistance in different varieties were 12#>6# or 8#>38#,which is similar to the actual behavior in the fields.The accuracy of regression equation(Y=-292.847+1.009X2,X2 is the activity of POD)is above 98%,so the regression equation can be used for estimating the cold resistance of Litsea coreana Levl.var..
