毛霉QS1对贵州油菜修复镉污染土壤的强化作用

摘  要:
以贵州油菜作为重金属镉的修复植物,从湖南省株洲市清水塘重金属土壤修复示范基地采集10个不同Cd浓度污染土壤,研究不同Cd浓度下抗镉真菌对贵州油菜的生长及对Cd修复的强化作用。结果表明,接菌处理明显促进了贵州油菜生物量的增加、Cd在植株体内的富集和Cd从根部向地上部分的迁移,土壤Cd处理对贵州油菜的临界毒害浓度在148.41 mg/kg左右,接菌处理使贵州油菜的Cd临界毒害浓度提高到175.35 mg/kg,接菌处理的贵州油菜在土壤Cd浓度为148.41 mg/kg时,积累量最大,为69.83 mg/kg,而不接菌的贵州油菜在土壤Cd浓度125.70 mg/kg时Cd积累量最大,为57.81 mg/kg。

摘  要:
Guizhou rapeseed was used for cadmium phytoremediation. Ten soil samples near Zhuzhou Qingshuitang industrial zone contaminated Cd with different concentrations were collected to study the effects of Mucor QS1 on the growth of Guizhou rapeseed and the bioaugmentation of Cd. The results showed that Mucor QS1 inoculum could apparently increase the biomass of Guizhou rapeseed, translocation of Cd to shoots and accumulation of Cd in the plant. The critical poisonous concentration of Cd in soil to Guizhou rapeseed reached to 175.35 while it was 148.41 mg / kg before inoculum. The accumulation of inoculated Guizhou rapeseed was the highest when the Cd concentration in soil was 148.41 mg / kg Cd,which was 69.83 mg / kg. The highest Cd accumulation was found in the plant grew in 125.70 mg / kg Cd concentration soil,which was 57.81 mg / kg.
