水稻染色体组加倍对其形态和胚乳蛋白质含量的影响

摘  要:
以二倍体水稻圭630为材料,利用种芽诱导法获得同源四倍体水稻材料,对其根尖细胞内的染色体数目和表皮气孔的形态特征以及主要生物学性状进行观察鉴定。结果表明,同源四倍体圭630(4)的株高降低,茎秆粗壮,千粒重增加,穗长减少,二次枝梗较少,结实率下降,而叶片大小无显著变化;圭630(4)的胚乳蛋白各组分含量大部分呈增高趋势,但增加的幅度不一致。其中,醇溶蛋白含量显著提高,谷蛋白和总蛋白含量均极显著提高。

摘  要:
The autotetraploid rice lines were obtained from diploid rice line Gui630 using seed-bud inducing method.The chromosome number in root tip cells,the epidermis stomatal morphology and the main biological characteristics of the autotetraploid lines were observed.The results showed that many biological characters of the autotetraploid lines were changed greatly,such as lower plant height,stouter stem,higher 1000-grain weight,shorter length of panicle,less secondary branches and lower seed setting rate,but the length and width of leaves had no significant change.The protein content of each fraction in endosperm of Gui630(4) is mostly higher than that of Gui630(2).Most of the protein componients in Gui630(4) presented a increased trend,of which glutelin and total protein contents increased remarkably.
