同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交结籽的胚胎学机理研究

摘  要:
利用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术对同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交给籽的特殊生殖现象进行了研究。研究结果表明 ,假稻的花粉粒不能在二倍体水稻的柱头上荫发 ,因而二倍体水稻与假稻的生殖隔离很严格。然而 ,假稻的花粉粒在同源四倍体水稻的柱头上能萌发 ,前者的花粉管能在后者的花柱中伸长并能将雄配子送人胚囊内。在同源四倍体水稻与假稻的杂交中受精作用比较特殊 ,其中包括精细胞与卵细胞的单受精作用 ,也包括精细胞与次生极核的单受精作用 ,还包括正常的双受精作用。总受精率和总成胚率分别为 2 2 .89%和 2 0 .82 %。本试验的结果为解释同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交结籽的特殊生殖现象提供了有力的胚胎学证据

摘  要:
The specifically reproductive phenomenon of bearing seeds in the cross between autotetraploid rice(Oryza sativa, 2n=4x=48) and Leersia hexandra was researched by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscopy (LSCM). There was strictly reproductive obstacle between diploid rice and L. hexandra , because the pollen grains from L. hexandra could not germinate at all on the stigmas of diploid rice after pollination. However,the crossability between autotetraploid rice and L. hexandra was observed, and ascertained that the pollen grains from L. hexandra could geminate on the stigmas of autotetraploid rice, the pollen tubes penetrates the embryo sac through micropylar end. The fertilization in the distant hybridization was very peculiar, including the single fertilization of a sperm with an egg, the single fertilization of a sperm with an secondary polar nucleus, and the normal double fertilization. Total rate of fertilization and total rate of embryo formation are respectively 22.89% and 20.82%,which are importantly embryological evidences for explaining the specifically reproductive phenomenon in the distant hybridization.
