摘 要：
Through studying the identification and protection of Chinese well-known trademarks with the special trademark right in Wuhan city circle,Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group,and the Poyang Lake eco-economic region,the paper presented the protection countermeasure of Chinese well-known trademarks in city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
