高等农业职业教育中校、地、企协作关系探讨

摘  要：
高等农业职业教育为地方农业产业的可持续性发展培养高级实用型农业人才。为此,地方政府要立足地方农业经济发展要求,制定科学的人才培养目标及人才培养激励机制;农业院校要根据农业企业及产业发展的实际需求,设定合适的专业,优化人才培养方案;农业企业要从自身发展需要,配合农业院校,积极主动地参与到职业教育中;新形势下的高等农业职业教育需要加强校、地、企三者的协作关系,充分整合各自的资源,方能健康,可持续性发展。

摘  要：
The purpose of higher agricultural vocational education is to train senior practical agricultural talents for the sustainable development of local agricultural industry.To achieve this end,local governments should establish scientific goals and incentive mechanism for personnel training,which are based on local agricultural economic development requirements.Agricultural colleges should set up appropriate majors and optimize personnel training programs according to the actual needs of agricultural enterprises and local industrial development.Agricultural enterprises should participate in the vocational education actively for their own development needs.In the present new situation,higher agricultural vocational education needs to strengthen the collaborative relationship between agricultural colleges,local government and agricultural enterprises,integrating their resources in their respective fields,which is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of agricultural vocational education.
