影响捕食线虫真菌原生质体形成的因素分析

摘  要:
比较了不同的细胞壁降解酶、渗透压稳定剂、培养基、菌龄和酶解条件等因素对8种捕食线虫真菌原生质体形成的影响。在众多的影响因素中,培养基和配制酶液的缓冲溶液是提高原生质体得率的最有潜力的两个因素。采用优化的原生质体制备条件,其中6种捕食线虫真菌均获得了较高的原生质体得率(2. 5×106 ~1. 2×107 个/mL)。

摘  要:
The influence of lysing enzyme and its dilution buffer, medium, mycelial stages and enzyme reaction condition on protoplast generation in eight nematode-trapping fungi was studied. Medium and dilution buffer are two key factors in increasing the protoplast generation frequency. Using the optimized protocol, six fungi got high protoplast generation frequency(2.5×10~6~1.2×10~7个/mL)。
