灵芝三萜液体发酵技术研究进展

摘  要:
灵芝三萜是灵芝的重要药效成分,液体发酵技术是大量获取灵芝三萜的重要途径。概述灵芝发酵产三萜的菌株筛选,培养基优化和发酵技术,三萜液体发酵动力学,三萜生物合成的相关酶和基因表达调控等,综述灵芝三萜液体发酵的最新研究进展,并对今后的相关研究进行了展望。

摘  要:
Triterpenes is the key pharmacologically active ingredient of Ganoderma lingzhi.Submerged fermentation is viewed as a promising alternative for efficient production of triterpenes of Ganoderma lingzhi.In this paper,the research progress on the strain screening,fermentation media,process technology,fermentation kinetics,the related key enzyme and genes of triterpenes biosynthesis were reviewed.In addition,the future relevant research on triterpenes of Ganoderma lingzhi produced by fermentation is prospected.
