姜黄素抑制马立克氏病病毒在CEF细胞中的复制

摘  要：
为探究姜黄素对马立克氏病病毒(MDV)在CEF细胞中复制的影响,在病毒感染的不同时间点加入姜黄素,通过real-time PCR、蛋白免疫印迹和病毒噬斑计数实验来检测姜黄素对病毒复制的影响。结果显示:姜黄素能够抑制MDV基因表达、蛋白合成以及病毒的增殖,且抑制作用具有剂量和时间依赖性;姜黄素还能直接影响MDV的感染性;姜黄素明显影响MDV感染细胞中IL-1β、IL-6等细胞因子的表达。该研究结果表明,姜黄素能体外抑制MDV的复制和增殖,具有开发为抗MDV临床药物的潜力。

摘  要：
To investigate the antiviral effect of curcumin on the replication of Marek's disease virus (MDV),chick embryo fibroblasts (CEFs) were treated with Curcumin at different time points.The results showed that Curcumin strongly inhibited viral gene transcription,protein expression and reduced virus titers through dose-and time-dependent manners as detected using qRT-PCR,Western blot and plaque counting.We also noted that Curcumin significantly up-regulated the expression of IL-1β,IL-6 and other immune related cytokines.Overall,this study highlighted that Curcumin exerted its antiviral activity towards Marek's disease virus and might be developed as a preventive drug in the future.
