黏蛋白在良、恶性子宫颈病变中的表达及其临床意义

摘  要：
采用免疫组织化学技术检测黏蛋白(MUC)1、MUC2、MUC4、MUC5AC和MUC20在158例良、恶性宫颈病变中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。结果表明:1正常宫颈上皮高表达MUC1、MUC4和MUC5AC,部分表达MUC20,正常和良性宫颈组织不表达MUC2。2从慢性宫颈炎→宫颈上皮内瘤变→宫颈鳞癌,MUC1、MUC4和MUC20表达差异显著(P<0.05)。与正常宫颈相比,宫颈腺癌中MUC2表达增加(P<0.05),且MUC1和MUC5AC表达减少(P<0.05)。3在宫颈鳞癌中,MUC1的表达与癌组织的浸润深度和临床分期有关(P<0.05);MUC4和MUC20的表达与其分化程度和临床分期有关(MUC4,P<0.05;MUC20,P<0.01)。4 MUC1、MUC4和MUC20三者呈显著相关(P<0.05)。黏蛋白可能参与宫颈癌的发生发展,其在宫颈良性病变和宫颈癌的表达不同,有利于宫颈不同组织类型的鉴别诊断和预后判断。

摘  要：
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MUC1,MUC2,MUC4,MUC5 AC and MUC20 in 158cases of benign and malignant cervical tissues,and their clinical significance was explored.The results were as follows:1 Normal cervical epithelium highly expressed MUC1,MUC4 and MUC5AC,partially expressed MUC20.No MUC2 staining expressed in any normal or benign cervical lesions.2 Chronic cervicitis→cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)→cervical squamous cell carcinoma,the expression of MUC1,MUC4 and MUC20was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to normal cervical tissues,the expression of MUC2 in cervical adenocarcinoma increased(P<0.05),while the expression of MUC1 and MUC5AC decreased(P<0.05).3 The expression of MUC1 was related with the depth of invasion and clinical stage of squamous cell carcinoma of cervix(P<0.05).The positive rates of MUC4 and MUC20were associated with the degree of differentiation and clinical stage of cervical squamous cell carcinoma(MUC4,P<0.05;MUC20,P<0.01).4 There was a correlation between the expression of MUC1,MUC4 and MUC20(P<0.05).Mucin may be involved in the development of cervical cancer.The expression of mucin between benign and malignant cervical lesions was different and the results were in favor of identification of histological type and prognosis.
