羊瘤胃液对几种荒漠植物体外降解的试验研究

摘 要:
模拟羊瘤胃环境,对盐穗木、盐爪爪、骆驼刺、灰绿藜、苣荬菜、大蓟6种荒漠植物进行离体消化试验。在培养后设定时间段测定DM、NDF和ADF的降解率。结果表明:苣荬菜和骆驼刺DM、NDF和ADF全期降解率较好,盐穗木、盐爪爪居中,灰绿藜、大蓟较差。

摘 要:
Modeling the environments of sheep′s rumen,an ex vivo digestible experiment was conducted to determine the degraded rates of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) in six hungriness plants of Halostachys caspica,Kalidium foliatum,Alhagi sparsifolia Schap,Chenopodium glaucum,Sonchus brachyotus and Cirsim japonicum.The degraded rates of DM,NDF and ADF were analyzed in the six hungriness plants which were cultivated with sheep′s rumen liquid in assumed times,respectively.The results indicated that: Sonchus brachyotus and Alhagi Ssparsifolia Schap have the highest degraded rates of DM,NDF and ADF,then Halostachys Caspic and,Kalidium Foliatum.However,Chenopodium Gglaucum and Cirsim Japonicum have the lowest degraded rates.
