EGSB反应器内颗粒污泥对废水中氯苯去除机理的研究

摘  要:
本文在对厌氧颗粒污泥对氯苯的吸附作用进行充分研究的基础上,分析探讨了EGSB反应器对水中氯苯的去除机理。结果表明:长期接触含氯苯有机废水的EGSB反应器内的颗粒污泥对氯苯具有较强吸附作用,生物降解作用不明显;吸附主要是因为颗粒污泥的多孔结构,其中活体微生物的贡献不明显;颗粒污泥对氯苯的吸附可用Freundlich等温式q=0.1758Ce0 5172来描述;吸附达到一定量(0 1276g氯苯·gSS-1)后,氯苯会对颗粒污泥中的微生物产生致死作用,使其内部出现空洞并最终导致解体。

摘  要:
In this paper, the removal mechanism of the granular sludge in an EGSB reactor to chlorobenzene and the adsorption of chlorobenzene in wastewater by anaerobic granular sludge were analyzed. The results showed that: the anaerobic granular sludge which treated the wastewater containing chlorobenzene could adsorb chlorobenzene; the mechanism of removing cholobenzene in the EGSB reactor was the adsorption on granular sludge and the biological degradation was not obvious; Furthermore, the Freundlich isothermal equations which could describe the adsorption of chlorobenzene by granular sludge was established as q=0.1758C_e~(0.5172); when the quantity of absorbed chlorobenzene was higher than 0.1276 g·gSS~(-1), microorganism in the granular sludge would die so that holes in it were formed and the granular sludge was disaggregated.
