不同毛色中国美利奴羊毛纤维细度与黑色素含量分析

摘  要:
为建立科学的评价中国美利奴羊毛纤维中黑色素种类和含量的变化与羊毛颜色之间的关系。本研究利用乌贼黑比色法定量分析中国美利奴毛纤维中碱性可溶性黑色素(ASM)、真黑色素(EM)和褐黑素(PM)的含量。结果显示(1)不同毛色间细度差异不显著,细度指标在中国美利奴羊中稳定性较高。(2)碱性可溶性黑色素(ASM)、真黑色素(EM)和褐黑素(PM)的含量在不同毛色间的差异显著。各色羊毛样本中ASM含量差异极显著(P<0.01);棕黑色和白色羊毛间的PM含量差异显著(P<0.05);PM在各组中的含量都极显著的少于ASM和PM(P<0.01),组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果表明羊毛颜色的变化对羊毛细度无显著影响,羊毛纤维中ASM总量的多少决定了羊毛颜色的深浅,而EM和PM的含量则决定白色与非白羊毛纤维的颜色变化[1]。研究结果为评价中国美利奴羊毛颜色变化提供了科学的参考依据。

摘  要:
Mammalian wool color was decided by the melanin content and types. In order to explore the relationship between the melanin and wool color, the alkali-soluble melanins(ASM), eumelanins(EM) and pheomelanins(PM) content in different wool color Chinese Merino(Junken type) were measured with spectrophotometric assay. The results showed that there is no correlation between the wool color and wool fineness Chinese Merino(Junken type)(P>0.05). Compared with the PM content, the ASM and EM contents in grey and black wool were significent high than in white wool`s. In different color wool, the PM content was similar and without the significent difference. Our found that the ASM content plays an important role in wool color from light to dark, and the EM and PM content decided the wool color white and un-wihit phenotype.
