忻州地区气象干旱与农业旱灾风险的评估研究

摘  要：
利用忻州地区14站1951~2010年的日平均气温、降水量资料求得半年尺度的气象干旱指数,包括Z指数、降水距平百分率指数.采用超前相关、相似与Skill Score两种计算方法检测与忻州地区农业灾情最适宜的气象干旱指数.结果表明,Z指数定义的冬半年气象干旱对忻州地区农业旱情的指示性较优;Z≤-0.84时农业干旱灾害发生的概率约为78%.本文结论有助于深入认识气象干旱指数与农业干旱灾情的联系,对忻州地区农业干旱的检测与预测有一定的应用价值.

摘  要：
Using the daily mean temperature and precipitation data from 1951 ～ 2010 of 14 stations in xuzhou area,the meteorological drought index values of half-year scale were obtained,including the Z index and the precipitation distance index. The meteorological drought index of the most suitable for the agricultural disaster in the Xinzhou area was measured by two calculation methods of advanced correlation,similarity and Skill Score. The results show that the index of drought in winter and half year defined by Z index is better than that of drought in agriculture in Xinzhou area. Z≤-0.84 the probability of an agricultural drought disaster is about 78%. The conclusion of this paper is helpful to understand the relationship between the meteorological drought index and agricultural drought disaster,and has certain application value for the detection and prediction of agricultural drought in Xinzhou area.
