过硫酸盐降解土壤中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素的研究

摘  要:
过硫酸盐经金属离子活化产生硫酸根自由基,可高效降解土壤中的氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素。通过考察反应体系的初始pH条件、确定活化金属离子以及过硫酸盐与金属离子的投入比例等试验条件,确定最佳反应参数。结果表明:当酸性条件下,pH为3,选取亚铁离子作为土壤降解的活化金属离子,过硫酸钾:Fe2+:氯霉素类抗生素的摩尔质量比为40∶20∶1时,氯霉素、甲砜霉素、氟甲砜霉素降解率分别为80.9%、79.2%和78.4%,降解效果最佳。

摘  要:
Sulfate redical generated by activating persulfate with transition metal ions can be used to degradethe chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol in soil. The optimal condition of degradation was investigated.The result indicated that when the pH value and persulfate∶ Fe~(2+)∶ contaminants molar ratio were 3 and 40∶ 20∶ 1,the highest reduction rate of chloramphenicol,thiamphenicol and florfenicol which were 80. 9%,79. 2% and78. 4% respectively.
