甲磺草胺在Co2+和Fe2+/PMS溶液体系中的降解及其对水稻的药害

摘  要:
[目的]探索化学修复防治甲磺草胺对水稻药害的可行性.[方法]研究了CoCl2和FeSO4催化单过氧硫酸氢钾(PMS)对甲磺草胺降解的影响,并观察了降解体系及甲磺草胺降解后对水稻的药害.[结果]当用CoCl2作为催化剂时,PMS对甲磺草胺的降解效果随PMS的增加而加快;当PMS/甲磺草胺=16、64时,甲磺草胺在2h的降解率达到了100%,PMS/CoCl2=10、20是PMS降解甲磺草胺的最佳摩尔比.[结论]比较CoCl2和FeSO4催化PMS降解甲磺草胺的效果,发现CoCl2的催化效果优于FeSO4.金属离子催化PMS降解甲磺草胺后,对水稻的药害显著低于母体甲磺草胺.

摘  要:
[Aims] In order to explore the feasibility of chemical remediation to prevent phytotoxicity of sulfentrazone to Oryza sativa. [Methods] The effect of CoCl_2 and FeSO_4 on catalyzing potassium monopersulfate(PMS) to the degrade sulfentrazone, the phytotoxicity of degradation systemand degraded sulfentrazone to O. sativawere studied. [Results]The degradation rate of sulfentrazone at 2 h reached 100% when the PMS/sulfentrazone was 16, 64. The best molar ratio of PMS degraded sulfentrazone was PMS/CoCl_2=10, 20. [Conclusions] Compared the catalytic effect of CoCl_2 and FeSO_4 on the degradation of sulfentrazone, it was found that the catalytic effect of CoCl_2 was better than FeSO_4. After the sulfentrazone was degraded by PMS catalyzed by metal ions, the phytotoxicity to rice was significantly lower than that of the parent sulfentrazone.
