摘 要:
食品产业的飞速发展,推动了安徽传统饮食向现代化发展。通过查阅相关资料,总结了安徽传统主食、传统菜肴、传统发酵食品的发展现状,梳理了安徽传统食品在现代化应用中存在的问题,如生产技术的欠缺、食品本身的营养缺陷以及缺乏创新等,并提出了发展现代化应用的对策建议。

摘 要:
With the rapid development of the food industry,Anhui traditional food has been promoted to modernization.Through referring to relevant data,this paper summarizes the developing situation of anhui traditional staple food,traditional dishes and the traditional fermented food,and the problems existing in the traditional food in modern applications,such as:The lack of production technology,the nutrition of the food itself defects,and lack of innovation,etc.And it put forward some countermeasures for the development of modern application.
