不同品种、湿度、时间对萝卜贮藏的影响

摘  要:
以5个萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)品种为材料,研究了萝卜贮藏过程中的商品品质和生理指标变化。结果表明,雪单1号与大红袍比较适于长期贮藏;相对湿度为90%~95%的贮藏条件比较适宜贮藏萝卜;在相对湿度为90%~95%的条件下,贮藏时间最长不超过60 d。

摘  要:
The changes of quality and physiological index of the radish(Raphanus sativus L.) were studied by using 5 radish varieties as materials. The results showed that "Xuedan No.1" and "Dahongpao" were more suitable for long-term storage. Relative humidity for 90% to 95% of the storage conditions was more appropriate. In relative humidity for 90% to 95% of the conditions,the storage did not exceed 60 days.
