青天葵球茎的组织培养

摘  要:
[目的]通过组织培养方法获得青天葵组培苗。[方法]以青天葵的地下球茎为外植体进行组织培养,在不同生长阶段观察生长情况并记录相关数据。[结果]以MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L作为初代诱导培养基较好;MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L适合作为根状茎增殖培养基,根状茎用生长尖端增殖最好;不加任何激素的MS培养基适合诱导形成球茎;球茎移栽后长芽率达到83.9%。[结论]利用青天葵球茎进行组织培养,可为大面积人工栽培青天葵提供组培苗。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to obtain tissue culture seedlings of Nervilia fordii(Hance) Schltr.[Method]Corms of N.fordii(Hance) Schltr were used as explants.The situation of corms growth and relative datas were registed.[Result]The results showed that MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L was suitable for initial inducement,MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L was suitable for stem multiplication,and stem tip was the best inoculation material.MS media without plant growth substance was suitable for corm inducement.After transplant,83.9% corms germinated.[Conclusion]The tissue culture seedlings of N.fordii(Hance) Schltr could provide for large-scale planting.
